“OVERCOME”
How do we “overcome” that we might wage the good warfare?
1. Prudence (Mt. 10:16), “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore, be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.”
Satan tried to outwit Jesus by tempting Him using:
2. Patience (Lk. 21:19), “By your patience possess your souls”
3. Persistence (Lk. 11:9-10), “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him to knocks it will be opened”
