Living a Lie // Compromise
LIVING A LIE
“Compromise”
1 Sam. 28:1-2 (NKJV)
WHAT DOES COMPROMISE LOOK LIKE WHEN YOU’RE LIVING A LIE?
1. YOU BECOME BLINDED
- to what is happening to you
- to the people who care about you
- to what the real problem is
2. YOU BECOME HARDENED
- Your ears become hardened and you become dull of hearing (Heb. 5:11)
- Your conscience becomes hardened and you can’t reason properly (1 Tim. 4:2)
- Your heart becomes hardened and you can’t feel properly (Mark 8:17)
3. YOU BECOME EXPOSED
- We expose ourselves to “time”
- We expose ourselves to the “enemy”
